Booklet Makers

A range of booklet makers from ISP are available through Presstek including the:

  • ISP BookletMate - is an easy-to-use lightweight, portable, tabletop booklet maker that staples and folds up to 12 sheets of 20 lb bond.
  • ISP B-2000 Stitch'n Fold BookletMaker - lets you jog, stitch and fold more than 65,000 booklets at a maximum speed of 2,300 finished booklets per hour. A collator interface is available.

Stitching Products

  • ISP S3A 7/8" -  performs like three stitchers in one stitching any job from two sheets to 7/8". The unit comes with saddle, flat table, and gauges for flat and saddle stitching.
  • ISP S3A 1-1/8" -  is for consistently thick flat work ranging from 1/8" to 1-1/8". It comes with table and gauges for flat stitching the saddle is optional.
  • The ISP N3B2-1/2R - will flat stitch larger jobs from a minimum thickness of 1/2" to 1-3/4" maximum depending upon type of paper used. It is set to use #17 round bookbinders wire.

Stitching Heads

The M-2000 stitching head is designed with wear resistance components that require reduced operating force which maximizes time between maintenance functions.

Numbering Devices

Auto•Pro Plus series of automatic numbering, perforating, and scoring machines from Count Machinery Company.

Folders

A range of folders from Baumfolder Corporation and Standard Finishing are offered by Presstek.

Cutters

The Baumcut series are heavy-duty, fully-hydraulic programmable cutters. Efficient, compact, and easy to operate, these cutters feature easy push-button programming and store up to 99 programs with 6464 cut steps, available in 26.4” and 31.5” cutting widths.

Drills

All Baumfolder paper drills are noted for quick and easy drill bit removal and hole-location setups, without the use of tools. A variety of paper drills from tabletop, single-spindle, through heavy-duty, hydraulic five-spindle floor-model units are available.
